Visitors choose from your real availability and leave their name and phone number. It creates a request rather than a confirmed booking, so your team accepts it before anything reaches the diary.
ZenOptix is hosted on UK-based infrastructure and practice and patient data stays in the United Kingdom. Access is role-based and audit-focused, and support access requires practice approval, is time-limited and is audited.
Yes. ZenOptix includes an import centre for bringing patients and their history across from an existing practice management system, with previous-system history preserved. Data transfer is assessed against your current system before a go-live date is agreed.
