Who we are
ZenOptix provides cloud-based practice management software for UK optical practices. This notice covers the public website at zenoptix.co.uk. The ZenOptix application itself (app.zenoptix.co.uk) is covered by separate agreements with customer practices.

When you submit an enquiry or demo request, we collect the details you provide: your name, practice name, email address, phone number (optional), information about your practice such as number of branches and current system (optional), your enquiry message, and your stated preferences for contact. We also record technical details of the submission (the page you arrived from, campaign parameters if present in the link you followed, your IP address and browser user agent) to help us understand how enquiries reach us and to protect the form from abuse.
Why we collect it
We collect this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and tailor a demonstration, and understand interest in ZenOptix. We do not use website enquiry details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell personal information.

Email communication
Enquiry notification emails are delivered using Postmark, a transactional email service. This means the content of your enquiry passes through Postmark's systems for the purpose of delivering the email to us.
How long enquiry data is kept
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and to keep a reasonable record of business enquiries. Retention periods will be finalised as part of our launch legal review; you may request deletion at any time using the contact details below.
Who has access
Access to enquiry information is limited to the ZenOptix team members who handle sales and demo requests.
