SMS Usage

SMS usage is billed by segment

SMS messages are counted by segment, not simply by message. Longer messages or messages using Unicode characters may use more than one segment.

No. There are no feature tiers and nothing to upgrade to unlock. ZenOptix is one product, priced for the way you work. What differs is the workflow the application shows you: a mobile optician is not given stock control, and a shop is not given a visit diary.

You choose the way you work when your practice is set up. One site with a shop is an independent practice; several sites under one organisation is multi-branch; visiting patients at home or in care homes rather than running a shop is domiciliary.

As a first location plus each additional one. Additional locations are charged at their own standard rate, and every location brings its own monthly SMS allowance, pooled across the organisation.
